FAQ

How does pricing work?

AgiBible is free to download. Membership (in-app purchase) unlocks advanced features. Pricing and currency are displayed in-app and may vary by region as set by Apple.

Start, manage, or cancel a subscription (iOS)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  3. Select AgiBible to view, change, or cancel your membership.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Apple manages all billing through your Apple ID.

Restore purchases on a new device

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Open AgiBible and use the Restore Purchases option on the upgrade screen or settings page.

Refunds

App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple ID.

Troubleshooting tips

  • Ensure you have the latest version of AgiBible from the App Store.
  • Force-quit and relaunch the app; restart your device if needed.
  • Check network connectivity (Wi‑Fi or cellular) and VPN settings.
  • For voice features, confirm microphone permission is enabled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
  • If issues persist, email support@agibible.ai with your device model, iOS version, app version, and a screen recording or screenshots.
